Annual Maintenance Contract

A maintenance contract is an economical way to keep you up-to-date with the latest form changes, file formats, code changes, rule changes, operating system changes, and of course, new features. A maintenance contract for a bankruptcy program is no different than subscribing to pocket parts for your law books, or having the oil changed and the valves adjusted periodically on your new car. Of course, you don't have to do either, but any investment loses its value if not maintained.

With electronic filings and the need to provide the courts with data that their computers can read when you submit it, it means more frequent and more rapid version changes than was necessary in a paper environment. To that end, Bankruptcy2007 updates itself over the internet. No need to check our website -- just use the Help menu in Bankruptcy2007 to make sure you have the latest version.
